The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, has said that about 12 million Permanent Voter Cards are yet to be collected.
He, however, said that the commission would devise a strategy to ensure the PVCs were distributed. But he didn’t give any hint on how the commission would accomplish this.
The INEC boss spoke in Abuja on Friday at Garki Secondary School, Abuja while monitoring the Continuous Voter Registration exercise in the Federal Capital Territory.
