Fulani Herdsmen Invade Enugu, Several Kille

Reports from Enugu confirms that suspected Fulani herdsmen have attacked Enugu Atakwu community, in Nkanu West Local Government Area Thursday morning.

The herdsmen in their numbers, were well armed and shot indiscriminately at anyone in sight, killing and maiming. A seminarian of the Catholic Church and several others were killed.

“They just came early this morning and started killing people, There is confusion everywhere now; people are running helter-skelter.” An eyewitness reported.
